2. Summary (plain language)

• Bondy does not require an account or login to play the free experience.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Game content may be downloaded from our servers so the deck stays up to date.
• Favorites stay on your device. Optional announcements send your App language to our server; two-phone games send the information described below.
• When you choose two-phone play, our server temporarily stores the game, your selected answer letters, and pseudonymous device/session identifiers. Your partner sees your answers only after both players finish.
• A limited free experience is available (including a short onboarding sampler). Bondy Premium is offered as an auto-renewable in-app subscription purchased through Apple and unlocks the full deck and content updates.
